Sruly personally visits before any work starts — no salesperson, no estimator standing in for the person who'll actually do the job.
He installs it, start to finish
Every job is wired and configured by Sruly personally. Any help on site is directly supervised by him — never an unsupervised crew.
He tests it before he leaves
"I know how it comes out, because I'm the one who does it" — every camera, doorbell, and access point gets checked before the job is called done.
Why one guy beats a crew
Most installers either sell the job and sub out the labor, or install equipment they didn't source and don't fully know. Sruly does both ends himself.
